Questions
How does paying per agent work?
Pro is $5 a month for each agent you have, your first one included. Add an agent mid-month and you pay for the part of the month that is left. Delete one and the charge stops the same way.
What counts as an email?
Each message an agent sends. Mail it receives is not counted, and neither is anything that arrives by webhook.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Sending pauses until the first of the next month, and the agent is told why. Receiving keeps working the whole time, so nothing sent to your agent is lost. On Pro, adding an agent raises the limit straight away.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you like, from Settings. You go back to Free at the end of the period you paid for. Your agents keep their addresses and their mail.
Do I need a phone number?
Only if a service insists on texting a code or calling. Most of what an agent needs arrives by email.
We need a lot of agents. Is there a volume price?
Not as a published plan yet. The per-agent price is the price today.
Give your agent an address.
The first one is free, and it takes about a minute.
